III.- USERS OF THE PAGE

Every user has the possibility to voluntarily register an e-mail address to contact WEVOTE and/or receive punctual or periodic information about the services. All the data included in the aforementioned form created for this purpose have been entered directly by the USER and the authenticity of the same is his responsibility. Likewise, this responsibility for authenticity also falls on him/her in all the contact forms in which he/she may register his/her personal data.

GUARANTEE OF CONFIDENTIALITY

In the case of electronic voting campaigns, the responsibility for the treatment will be subject to the mandate requested by the clients of WEVOTE. Therefore, the user of a campaign must contact the promoter of the campaign or electoral process and this must be communicated directly to WEVOTE.

• THE USER MUST COMMUNICATE THE TECHNICAL AND LEGAL SPECIFICATIONS AND INFORM THE USER OF ANY MODIFICATIONS, AS WELL AS THE COMMITMENT AND ACCEPTANCE BY THE USER.

The USER understands that the information contained in the WEVOTE web page in relation to the services and its general contracting conditions are accepted and sufficient to omit any possible error in the formation of the consent given by the USER to WEVOTE.

• MODALITIES OF RECEPTION OF THE INFORMATION.

The USER will always receive the information through his eMail in his mailbox, according to the data provided at the time of registration or any subsequent data changes, if any. In any case, when the USER requests the provision of information by WEVOTE, the USER accepts to receive the commercial communications that accompany such information.

IV. RESPONSIBILITY FOR PERSONAL DATA FILES.

WEVOTE will be responsible for the file containing personal data of its USERS and their confidentiality.

V. INFORMATION ON THE CONDITIONS AND METHODS OF EXERCISING THE RIGHT OF ACCESS.

In accordance with current legislation regarding the Protection of Personal Data, the USER of this website may request and obtain information about their personal data included in the files for which WEVOTE is responsible, upon request communicated by reliable means in writing.

The USERS of voting campaigns promoted by WEVOTE clients should contact the company or organization promoting the campaign.

• CONFIDENTIALITY.

WEVOTE guarantees that the personal data of the USER, as stated on the subscription form, will only be used for the management, administration, provision, extension and improvement of the services provided to the USER, including the sending of updates to the services and the sending of advertising relating to the services, as well as the insertion of other commercial communications. WEVOTE and those involved in the automated processing of personal data are expressly bound to professional secrecy with respect to them. The personal data provided are protected by a complete security system so that unauthorized third parties cannot have access to them. WEVOTE reserves the right to use conversion tracking for measuring conversion statistics.
